God Brings Israel
Home 1948, 1949
"O clap your hands,
all ye people; shout unto God with the voice of triumph. For
the LORD most high is terrible; he is a great King over all
the earth. He shall subdue the people under us,
and the nations under our feet. He shall choose our inheritance
for us, the excellency of Jacob whom he loved. Selah.
God is gone up with a shout, the LORD with the sound of a trumpet.
Sing praises to God, sing praises: sing praises unto our King,
sing praises. For God is the King of all the earth: sing ye praises
with understanding. God reigneth over the heathen: God
sitteth upon the throne of his holiness. The princes of the
people are gathered together, even the people of the God
of Abraham: for the shields of the earth belong unto God:
he is greatly exalted." (Psalms 47:1-9)
Tell It To The
Generation Following: The Fig Tree Generation
"Now learn a parable
of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth
leaves, ye know that summer is nigh:" (Matthew 24:32)
"And he spake to
them a parable; Behold the fig tree, and all the trees;
When they now shoot forth, ye see and know of your own selves
that summer is now nigh at hand. So likewise ye, when ye see
these things come to pass, know ye that the kingdom of God is
nigh at hand. Verily I say unto you, This generation shall
not pass away, till all be fulfilled." (Luke
21:29-32)
"The days of our
years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength
they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labour and sorrow;
for it is soon cut off, and we fly away." (Psalm
90:10)
"Great is the LORD,
and greatly to be praised in the city of our God, in the mountain
of his holiness. Beautiful for situation, the joy of the whole
earth, is mount Zion, on the sides of the north, the city
of the great King. God is known in her palaces for a refuge.
For, lo, the kings were assembled, they passed by together. They
saw it, and so they marvelled; they were troubled, and hasted
away. Fear took hold upon them there, and pain, as of a woman
in travail. Thou breakest the ships of Tarshish with an east
wind. As we have heard, so have we seen in the city of the
LORD of hosts, in the city of our God: God will
establish it for ever. Selah. We have thought of thy lovingkindness,
O God, in the midst of thy temple. According to thy name, O God,
so is thy praise unto the ends of the earth: thy right hand is
full of righteousness. Let mount Zion rejoice, let the daughters
of Judah be glad, because of thy judgments. Walk about Zion,
and go round about her: tell the towers thereof. Mark ye well
her bulwarks, consider her palaces; that ye may tell it to
the generation following. For this God is our God for ever
and ever: he will be our guide even unto death." (Psalms
48:1-14)
God Makes A Worldwide
Announcement
"Hear this, all
ye people; give ear, all ye inhabitants of the world:
Both low and high, rich and poor, together. My mouth shall speak
of wisdom; and the meditation of my heart shall be of understanding.
I will incline mine ear to a parable: I will open my dark saying
upon the harp. Wherefore should I fear in the days of evil, when
the iniquity of my heels shall compass me about? They that
trust in their wealth, and boast themselves in the multitude
of their riches; None of them can by any means redeem
his brother, nor give to God a ransom for him: (For the redemption
of their soul is precious, and it ceaseth for ever:) That he
should still live for ever, and not see corruption. For he seeth
that wise men die, likewise the fool and the brutish person perish,
and leave their wealth to others. Their inward thought
is, that their houses shall continue for ever, and their dwelling
places to all generations; they call their lands after their
own names. Nevertheless man being in honour abideth not: he is
like the beasts that perish. This their way is their folly: yet
their posterity approve their sayings. Selah. Like sheep they
are laid in the grave; death shall feed on them; and the
upright shall have dominion over them in the morning; and their
beauty shall consume in the grave from their dwelling. But
God will redeem my soul from the power of the grave: for he shall
receive me. Selah. Be not thou afraid when one is made rich,
when the glory of his house is increased; For when he dieth he
shall carry nothing away: his glory shall not descend after him.
Though while he lived he blessed his soul: and men will praise
thee, when thou doest well to thyself. He shall go to the generation
of his fathers; they shall never see light. Man that is in
honour, and understandeth not, is like the beasts that perish."
(Psalms 49:1-20)
Gather My Saints
Together Unto Me
Jesus Speaking: "Henceforth
I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not
what his lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for
all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto
you." (John 15:15 )
"I will lift up
mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help
cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth. He will
not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not
slumber. Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber
nor sleep. The LORD is thy keeper: the LORD is thy shade
upon thy right hand. The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor
the moon by night. The LORD shall preserve thee from
all evil: he shall preserve thy soul. The LORD shall
preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth,
and even for evermore." (Psalms 121:1-8)
"I was glad when
they said unto me, Let us go into the house of the LORD.
Our feet shall stand within thy gates, O Jerusalem. Jerusalem
is builded as a city that is compact together: Whither the
tribes go up, the tribes of the LORD, unto the testimony
of Israel, to give thanks unto the name of the LORD. For
there are set thrones of judgment, the thrones of the
house of David. Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they
shall prosper that love thee. Peace be within thy walls, and
prosperity within thy palaces. For my brethren and companions'
sakes, I will now say, Peace be within thee. Because of the
house of the LORD our God I will seek thy good." (Psalms
122:1-9)
"Unto thee lift
I up mine eyes, O thou that dwellest in the heavens. Behold,
as the eyes of servants look unto the hand of their masters,
and as the eyes of a maiden unto the hand of her mistress; so
our eyes wait upon the LORD our God, until that he
have mercy upon us. Have mercy upon us, O LORD, have mercy
upon us: for we are exceedingly filled with contempt. Our
soul is exceedingly filled with the scorning of those that are
at ease, and with the contempt of the proud." ( Psalms 123:1-4)
"Behold, the former
things are come to pass, and new things do I declare:
before they spring forth I tell you of them." (Isaiah
42:9)
"Behold, I will
do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know
it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers
in the desert." (Isaiah 43:19)
"For as the earth
bringeth forth her bud, and as the garden causeth the things
that are sown in it to spring forth; so the Lord GOD will cause
righteousness and praise to spring forth before all the nations."
(Isaiah 61:11)
"Behold, I stand
at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open
the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and
he with me." (Revelation 3:20)
"The mighty God,
even the LORD, hath spoken, and called the earth from the rising
of the sun unto the going down thereof. Gather my saints together
unto me; those that have made a covenant with me by sacrifice.
And the heavens shall declare his righteousness: for God is judge
himself. Selah." (Psalms 50:1,5-6)
"When once the master
of the house is risen up, and hath shut to the door, and ye begin
to stand without, and to knock at the door, saying, Lord,
Lord, open unto us; and he shall answer and say unto you, I know
you not whence ye are:" (Luke 13:25)
The Tribulation
Begins Like a Thief in the Night
"If it had not been
the LORD who was on our side, now may Israel say; If it had not
been the LORD who was on our side, when men rose up against
us: Then they had swallowed us up quick, when their wrath
was kindled against us: Then the waters had overwhelmed us,
the stream had gone over our soul: Then the proud waters had
gone over our soul. Blessed be the LORD, who hath not given us
as a prey to their teeth. Our soul is escaped as a bird out
of the snare of the fowlers: the snare is broken, and we
are escaped. Our help is in the name of the LORD, who made heaven
and earth." (Psalms 124:1-8)
"They that trust
in the LORD shall be as mount Zion, which cannot be removed,
but abideth for ever. As the mountains are round about Jerusalem,
so the LORD is round about his people from henceforth even
for ever. For the rod of the wicked shall not rest upon the
lot of the righteous; lest the righteous put forth their hands
unto iniquity. Do good, O LORD, unto those that be good, and
to them that are upright in their hearts. As for such as turn
aside unto their crooked ways, the LORD shall lead them forth
with the workers of iniquity: but peace shall be upon Israel."
(Psalms 125:1-5)
During The Tribulation
The Church Is Unavailable
"And it shall
come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out
of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters
shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your
old men shall dream dreams: And on my servants and on my handmaidens
I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy:"
(Acts 2:17-18)
