Why do we have apostasy today??

"Admit you are a sinner who needs a Savior!. . . "As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:" (Romans 3:10) . . . "Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:" (Romans 3:22). . . BELIEVE . . . "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." (Romans 10:9-10). . . Call upon the Lord . . ." For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved."(Romans 10:13)

Revelation 19:13 "And He was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and His name is called The Word of God. " He shed His blood to remove all sins which justifies us (just as if we'd never sinned). It qualifies us to accept the invitation to the wedding feast. Don't you think you should at least read His book, the authorized King James Version Bible? Seems to me you would want to find out what God is all about? God the Father, Jesus the Son and the Holy Ghost are one person. Jesus imputes His righteousness into us, which includes the Holy Spirit.The Requirement? that we believe that Jesus died and rose on the 3rd day to prove that He is alive forever. "I will worship toward Thy holy temple, and praise Thy name for Thy lovingkindness and for Thy truth: for Thou hast magnified thy word above all Thy name."
(Psalms 138:2) God's word is true!!

I would like to share a short testimony about my experience with TV ministries. I grew up in northern Germany in a small village, which did not have a Catholic Church. Northern Germany was solid Lutheran and southern Germany remained Catholic after Martin Luther shared the Bible. He translated it into German. That was a first glimpse of Grace that the Bible teaches. At 16 years of age (Jan 1947), I came to the U.S. and looked for a church to join. After one church in town, that wasn't so easy. In the U.S. Lutherans have four different denominations. There were many other denominations as well.

Television was not available until the early 1950s. Oral Roberts began broadcasting. He was associated with Pentecostals, Apostolic Faith, Assemblies of God, Methodists, Faith Healers, Prosperity Gospel, Seed Faith, Word Faith, Abundant Life, he even raised the dead.

Many other ministries came into being. Kathryn Kuhlman, a faith healer, was one of them. She began healing crusades throughout the country. Kenneth Copeland was Oral Roberts' pilot and often participated in Oral's crusades laying on of hands etc. and later began his own ministry. Benny Hinn is a product of Kathryn Kuhlman. He watched her crusades and learned how to do what she did and even did better, putting people under the power. Kathryn dealt with one person at a time where Benny could make a whole room full of people come under the power.

Kenneth Hagin had an appearance by Jesus in 1949, he claimed and he joined the Voice of Healing Revival with Oral Roberts and a number of others. He developed Kenneth Hagin Evangelistic Association and concentrated on media. His Faith library had 65 million book copies in circulation, Faith seminar on the air by radio and Internet, crusades throughout the nation, as well as Rhema Correspondence Bible School.

From Hagin's ministry came Marylyn Hickey, who was a schoolteacher and started teaching the Gospel on the radio. She bought a huge shopping center in Denver, Colorado to convert it to an international university complete with a bookstore holding all of Kenneth Hagin's books and teaching materials and her husband's Happy Church.

Billy Graham began his 400 crusades in 1947 in 185 countries. He had weekly radio broadcasts and spoke at universities, wrote for syndicated newspapers, developed Decision magazine and Christianity Today as well as founded youth organizations.

In 1968 Robert F. Kennedy was assassinated in Los Angeles, CA . He was 42 . People were still mourning President John F Kennedy who was assassinated in 1963. Kathryn Kuhlman came to Denver on one of her healing crusades. I attended and watching her looking like an Angel, I came completely undone and moved to tears. She had a huge following and would preach for hours on end. People stood in line for hours to see her.

Since there was an abundance of preachers crusading, preaching on the radio, and I never did join a church and one day in October 1970, the Word of the Lord came to me in the spirit, due to the fact I had come under attack from the spirit realm. I was instantly healed and communicated to that I would be used by Heavenly Father at some point. I became aware not to worry about such an attack again, that I was sealed. I went into ecstasy for months, so happy that God is real.

Mormon missionaries came knocking from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in 1972. Mormons don't allow their members to listen to preachers since they believe that all churches were wrong and God restored the church with Joseph Smith the founder. The problem was they don't preach the Bible. After eight years of that I asked an inactive Mormon how do you get fed spiritually and she suggested Kenneth Copeland. Mormons believe that God is a man. Copeland seemed to be parallel to that doctrine. I listened to him faithfully for the next twelve years while in the Mormon Church. There was no conflict. Copeland put a lot of emphasis on reading the Word of God and filled me suddenly with the desire to study the Bible myself. That helped make me leave the Mormon Church in 1992.

I joined Marilyn Hickey's church and found problems. When she prayed for a healing of broken feet, I jumped up with my broken foot and found out that I wasn't healed. Next we tried to raise our arms to praise the Lord and couldn't raise them. Someone asked Marilyn at the next service, why is that? She said that evil spirits are still hanging around the shopping center and are holding our arms down. At another service Marilyn said she could pray for us to take off weight. That was the final straw for me to leave.

Because Mormons and Marylyn believed in tithing, I decided to go to Oral Roberts University to get qualified for ministry. I wanted to know where my money was going by doing ministry myself. Oral Roberts University rejected my application and instead my husband and I ended up in a Charismatic meeting for all ministries at ORU. All the TV preachers were there to teach us including Marilyn Hickey. She told us to just roll our tongue and we would receive Holy Spirit gift of Tongues.

Benny Hinn had been blowing on people and he got on his knees in front of Oral Roberts and told him to release Benny from that bad habit. Richard Roberts was asking for a double anointing and Fred Price said there is no such thing, which angered Richard and Oral. They were embarrassed. Benny Hinn put Fred Price and his wife under the power as punishment for what they had done.

Richard Roberts was running the University and Medical complex. He told the audience that ORU was $30 million in debt and that they needed donations. One lady in the audience jumped up with a $1,000.00 bill and waved it. Richard Roberts said: "that's nothing we need big donations. Paul Crouch was there and he was hoping some of us would start one of his stations. Talk about an education about what goes on behind closed doors, my husband and I made out. My husband got all involved with an expensive fancy foreign car owned by a preacher on the parking lot.

Next I thought I would attend Gloria Copeland's healing school and learn how. I had to fly to Fort Worth and went alone this time. About seven thousand from all over the country attended her healing school. Here is what that amounted to. She said the healing energy is all around us and all we have to do is attract it in and heal with it. She asks us to come up front if we had any experiences due to her or her husband's ministry. I thought that's me and got in line. There were several men who screened us for what we were going to say. I told them that Ken Copeland had gotten me out of the Mormon Church. The guys told me to go up to the stage and share that with the audience.

I had my Bible and shared my story. People got up out of their seats and thanked me. They had been approached by missionaries. Gloria Copeland was enraged. I literally levitated off that stage and landed on her lap. She shouted, my husband had nothing to do with getting you out of Mormonism. We are all one big family which includes Mormons. You are in trouble. She told me to get back in line and she would get protection going. She put me under the power longer than usual. I had an accident and broke my foot later that evening. I called my husband to have a wheel chair at the airport when I got home. I will never forget that incident because the pain was excruciating in trying to get home on a plane. I found out later that they spliced my part of the testimony out of the videos I bought about the healing school.

My education about all these TV preachers was complete. I had met them all and seen what goes on behind closed doors. The Bible teaches that women are not to be ministers of the Gospel. I'm not a preacher. I simply share biblical sermons by trustworthy preachers. Faith without works is dead. The promise that I was going to be used at some point came true 20 years later. I had to learn first hand what cults and many TV preachers are all about by participating. The Mormon Temples are secret and my husband and I got to participate after 13 years of service. What we found Temple Mormons are Freemasons.

In my research of Freemasons I found out that Billy Graham was a 33 degree Mason and found him to say that one doesn't even have to know Jesus and to be saved and that all religions are one big family. I took Robert Schuler's course "Power of Positive Thinking" and found myself living in an imaginary world. We are meant to remain balanced with positive and negative experiences. Some preachers got knighted by the Queen of England.

During the years of this ministry Discernment Ministries have appeared on Internet to share the truth, praise the Lord. I attended more churches to see what was going on and found problems everywhere. A Baptist preacher kept bringing up that he was a member of the Rotary Club and I researched and sure enough Freemasons. A Lutheran preacher admitted that he was trying to implement Catholicism.
